The words "our team" mean much more than a team—you could call us a true family. Partners and employees who come together every day from 8 in the morning until evening falls, sit together and meet with clients. We eat together, talk and spend most of our waking hours together. Matan Shitrit

Holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, specializing in marketing and management, from the University of San Diego, USA. Matan studied on a full athletic scholarship and formerly played for Israel’s national tennis team. He owned several companies involved in the development and marketing of thousands of residential units in Israel and the USA. Matan specializes in marketing and financing for real estate ventures in Israel and abroad, offering what is known as “everything under one roof.” My goal is to create thousands of residential units in Israel, giving both young couples and Israeli citizens and residents in Israel and abroad the opportunity to choose where they wish to live. Matan specializes in providing marketing solutions for both medium-sized and large companies, helping them maximize their profits in the shortest possible time

Haim Luzon

Haim comes from the world of entrepreneurship and business networking in real estate. He has connections with investors in Israel and residents abroad and has worked for several leading real estate companies. Previously, he successfully founded and managed several entertainment venues in Tel Aviv. He has excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.

Yoram Shitrit has been an attorney and notary for over 35 years. He has served as the company’s legal counsel, supporting its activities since 2008. Adv. Shitrit has represented construction companies such as A.Z. Baranovich, Shikun U’Pituach, Azorim and others. Today, Adv. Shitrit represents several companies in Israel and abroad that invest in a large number of projects in Israel and abroad in real estate, energy, etc.

Shir Maor

Has extensive experience in real estate, specializing in sales management, marketing residential developments and supporting clients throughout the purchasing process. I bring in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, broad commercial insight and the ability to connect clients’ needs with the right opportunities for them. I believe that a successful sale starts with people, is built on trust and results in a long-term relationship. I combine professionalism, strategic thinking and personal attention, maintaining transparency, precision and excellence at every stage.

Dan Cohen

Strategy and Management

Dan Cohen has worked in real estate since 2012. Over the years, he has led and managed sales operations covering approximately 1,500 residential units, with a distinctive specialization in marketing and selling developments to religious and ultra-Orthodox communities. Dan combines hands-on experience in sales management, negotiation and leading business processes with a legal education and training in strategic consulting and crisis management. His work is grounded in a deep understanding of the real estate market, firsthand knowledge of conditions on the ground and practical experience in guiding sales and marketing processes.

Avital Galil

Sales Manager

Active in real estate since 2021, she has marketed more than 500 residential units over the years. She brings strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, transparency and precision.
