About the project
City-centre living
The Bezalel residential complex was born from a vision of an authentic Tel Aviv lifestyle, one shaped by the connection between place, pace and everyday life. Through a partnership between Tzemach Hamerman and Carasso Real Estate, a complex was created in the heart of historic Tel Aviv that lets residents experience the city from within – just minutes from the sea, Habima Theatre, Dizengoff Center, Sheinkin, Carmel Market and Bialik Square, and right next to the revitalized Bezalel Market. It is a location that makes everyday life rich, accessible and full of interest, effortlessly.

A space built for everyday life
The project’s architectural design created a framework for everyday urban living: two 9-storey residential buildings comprising 154 residential units, arranged around an internal square and landscaped surroundings with seating areas, shops and cafés, blending into the distinctive design of the city centre.
Alongside this, particular emphasis was placed on quality of life within the complex, with a fully equipped gym, four elevators in each building, bicycle rooms and thoughtfully designed shared spaces. Together, these elements created a residential environment that continues to thrive as a vibrant urban scene.
